Rep. Marcy Kaptur, D-Ohio, said Sunday she will undergo physical rehabilitation after she was injured in what Toledo first responders described as a hit-and-run crash.
Kaptur shared a video on the social platform X thanking “you so very, very much for the thousands of good wishes that are coming from our community, across…,” she said in the post.
Toledo first responders characterized the incident as a hit-and-run, according to authorities who spoke about the crash.
