NCAA president says walking away from Protect College Sports Act would be a ‘mistake’
NCAA President Charlie Baker said it would be “a mistake” to “walk away” from the Protect College Sports Act and that the measure effectively “deals with” many of the issues facing his industry, Baker said.
Baker said the goal is a national framework for college sports and repeated that the Protect College Sports Act addresses multiple challenges the industry faces, according to his remarks.
