Bolton says U.S.-Iran peace talks ‘a mistake’

Former White House national security adviser John Bolton said Monday that negotiations to end the war in Iran were “a mistake,” he told CNN’s Pamela Brown.

Bolton said he hoped to see the discussions “break down,” according to the interview.

“I think the ceasefire was a mistake,” he said.

Bolton, an outspoken critic of President Trump’s handling of the conflict, made the remarks during the interview with Brown.
