Security footage helps identify Oregon veterinarian in murder case

Police in Oregon credited security camera footage with solving a recent murder case involving Dr. Steven Milner, a veterinarian known in the community. Authorities allege Milner stalked and disguised himself before fatally shooting Kenny Fandrich, the husband of a former employee.

Detectives said the surveillance videos were crucial in connecting Milner to the crime scene and uncovering his attempts to conceal his identity. The footage showed Milner wearing disguises and attempting to evade detection following the shooting.

Milner was taken into custody earlier this week, and charges are pending. Investigators continue to review evidence as they build the case against him, but the security footage remains a key piece of the investigation, according to police.
