Swing voters express mixed views as U.S. marks 250th anniversary
As the U.S. marks its 250th anniversary, voters in the Swing Shift project expressed widely varying views of the country’s condition, the project said.
Participants summed up their feelings with words that ranged from “uncertain” and “concerned” to “excited” and “cautiously optimistic,” according to the project.
The comments were gathered by the Swing Shift project and reflect the range of reactions among its participating voters, the project said.
