Walmart suspends returns on many items due to COVID19
Walmart has a new temporary return policy on many of it’s items in store, according to signs posted at most local stores and from Walmart employees briefed on the new policy.
In response to COVID-19, the company has suspended returns of things like groceries, clothes, and home cleaning supplies.
The text read:
“Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we are suspending returns on these categories until a later date: Food, Paper Goods, Home Cleaning Supplies, Laundry Soap, Pharmacy, Health & Beauty and Apparel.”
The Company asks that you start all returns online or in their app.
They will be extending returns for 6 weeks on items impacted.
