inch on grassy surfaces.

* WHERE…Portions of North Mississippi, West Tennessee and East
Arkansas.

* WHEN…Until 6 AM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions on elevated surfaces
such as bridges and overpasses.
