House fire in Ripley west of Springdale, avoid area

Fire crews are working on a house fire about 1 mile west of Springdale off of Highway 4.

The fire began around 11:30 and the Ripley fire department is on scene. The house is near the intersection of Main and Hurt Street in the City Limits.

If possible, avoid the area as crews work the scene.
