My name is Mike Graves and I am seeking re-election to the Board of Supervisors. It has been a tremendous honor to serve as your 3rd District Supervisor for the past 12 years. I was born, raised and have lived in this district all of my life. I have a deep love for the people here and this county that we all call our home. It is my goal to ensure that our county remains a wonderful place to live, work, raise a family and prosper.
I have always sought input and guidance from you, the people whom I serve. I have welcomed hearing your concerns and opinions and have worked hard to take care of any problems to the best of my ability. Your viewpoint is valued and much has been learned from listening to others.
It has been great to be a part of positive changes in our county throughout the years. A few of which includes the establishment of our new hospital, the Northeast campus in our county, many new industries, and the construction and maintenance of roads and bridges. There is still work to be done.
If re-elected, I will continue to pursue policy for the best use of land, water, air and transportation consistent with the county’s needs. I will work to protect your assets and see that your tax dollars are not wasted, but spent properly and where it is needed most. I will strive to bring in new sources of revenue, to ensure public safety, better roads and encourage business friendly communities. I will keep you in my heart and mind and continue to let your input and your best interest be what sincerely guides me in the decisions I make while representing you.
