Mississippi House votes against state lottery

The Mississippi house voted against a state lottery that was passed by the senate to Help fund state road and bridge infrastructure.

The vote on the bill was 61-53 against it. It can be brought back up for debate.

It’s not clear how this will impact the $130 million per year necessary to fund infrastructure.
