The National Weather Service has issued a forecast that includes the possibility for a wintry mix early next.
Wintry mix, including ice, sleet and possibly snow could be possible as temperatures drop.
There may be some snowflakes/mixed wintry precipitation by Tuesday night for parts of the area if the cold air arrives fast enough and mixes with the rain as suggested by recent model data

Mixed wintry precipitation will be possible Tuesday. Accumulation potential is undetermined at this time.
