Ripley Police Department Honors Deputy Chief Allan Gilbert for 25 Years of Service

Deputy Police Chief Allan Gilbert of the Ripley Police Department was recognized on December 12, 2019, for his outstanding 25 years of service to the Tippah County community, according to Local Source. The recognition took place during a ceremony hosted by the Ripley Police Department and the Citizens Advisory Board.

Gilbert has been a dedicated member of the Ripley law enforcement team, contributing significantly to community safety and police-community relations over the past quarter-century. We thank him for his commitment and service to Tippah County residents. During the event, Mr. Bill Allen of the Ripley Police Citizens Advisory Board praised Gilbert’s leadership and dedication.

As Gilbert prepares to retire, the Ripley community and law enforcement colleagues wish him well in his future endeavors. His service has left a lasting impact on the department and the citizens he has served throughout his career.
