A Vancleave man is jailed in the Jackson County Adult Detention Center on multiple counts of child pornography and sexual battery of a minor that have allegedly occurred since 2014.
Sheriff John Ledbetter says after getting information from a citizen earlier this week, investigators served a search warrant at 34-year-old Brett Lee Robinson’s home and arrested him. The sheriff says the investigation so far reveals Robinson produced, downloaded, and distributed child porn and that he committed numerous sexual acts involving children.
Robinson is charged with nine counts of child pornography and 3 counts of sexual battery.
During his initial court appearance Thursday, June 27, County Court Judge Mark Watts denied bond to Robinson, calling him a threat to society.
