Multiple shot at Ripley house party leaves one minor in serious condition

A shooting at a house party in Ripley on Saturday night left multiple people injured and one minor in serious condition.

According to eye witnesses, an altercation turned violent at a house party on Peacock Hollow in Ripley on Saturday night.

According to the eye witnesses, four people were hit with bullets and were taken to the hospital, where Ripley police were called.

One minor is in serious condition.

One person is in custody, although their names and the charges have not been released.

According to Tippah County jail officials, there is a hold on the accused for the investigator and the judge.
