The Walnut math and science team picked up a 2nd place statewide finish today.
From north Tippah School district:
The WHS Math & Science Team won 2nd Overall in the state at the competition today at Mississippi College. Their 4-Person team (Riley Robinson, Caitlin White, Cade Robinson, & Landon Gaillard) also won 2nd Place.
The group won $124,000 in total scholarship money today. Congrats! The team is sponsored by Beth Smith & Danny Meeks.
