Walnut wins state archery meet as Pine Grove takes 3rd, Falkner 12th

Tippah County was well represented at the state archery tournament held today.

The Walnut Wildcats took home the state championship with an overall score of 3333. They were led by Rebecca Meeks who shot a 291 out of a possible 300.

Pine Grove took 3rd place by shooting a 3292. Falkner was 12th with a 3109 score.
