The NWS has issued warnings for severe weather today, including the possibility of tornadoes. A wind advisory has been issued.

.DAY ONE…Today and Tonight There is an enhanced risk of severe thunderstorms over portions of north Mississippi and a slight risk of severe thunderstorms across portions of East Arkansas and Southwest Tennessee for late this afternoon into early Sunday morning. Damaging winds and a few tornadoes are the main threats.
A strong tornado is possible. Large hail is a secondary threat. Rainfall amounts of up to 3 inches could result in localized flash flooding. A wind advsiory is in effect for east-central Arkansas, southwest Tennesee and North Mississippi late this afternoon into this evening.
