Northeast Mississippi Community College holds staff in-service ahead of Aug. 12 classes
Northeast Mississippi Community College said employees returned from summer break for the college’s annual in-service, with NEMCC President Ford presenting the theme “Leadership from Within.”
The college said staff came back with “fresh energy” for a morning of learning during the event, which the college described in a social media post.
Keynote speaker Jeff Toister challenged attendees to recognize hidden obstacles that can hinder outstanding service, the post said.
The college said it is grateful for the people who make Northeast feel like home and is looking forward to welcoming students back for in-person classes on Aug. 12. The post included the hashtag #MovingForward.
