BMCU adjusts operations due to winter weather

Baptist Memorial College University is adjusting its operations as winter weather moves through the area.

On Friday, Jan. 23, classes will shift to an online-only format, and university offices will close at 2 p.m., according to a university news release.

All classes will remain online Monday and Tuesday, Jan. 26-27, with campus offices operating remotely. Residence halls will stay open, and residential students can continue to stay on campus, the release states.

The university emphasized that the safety and well-being of students, faculty, and staff remain its top priority. Officials urged the campus community to stay informed through official communication channels.

BMCU encouraged everyone to stay safe and warm during the winter weather.
