Community Event Brings Local Officers and Children Together

Police officers and community leaders gathered at Nathaniel Place Apartments on Friday to connect with local children. Chief Quaka, Deputy Chief Hill, Pastor Michael Stamps, and officers from Charlie Shift participated in the event.

Officers handed out snacks, engaged children in conversations, and played games such as football and baseball. The event aimed to build trust and strengthen community ties, according to organizers.
