Light showers moving in; little accumulation expected, forecasters say

At 4:55 a.m. Friday, forecasters said a few light showers were moving in from the northwest, carried by remnants of a complex of thunderstorms over Oklahoma late Thursday night.

They said dry air aloft from a cold frontal passage a few days ago should keep accumulation to a minimum.

Forecasters added that Friday will likely be the last cooler day before hot and humid conditions return.
