Brad White, executive director of the Mississippi Department of Transportation, will speak at Hal and Mal’s on Monday, April 20, organizers of the Stennis Capitol Press Forum said.
The appearance was announced by the Stennis Capitol Press Forum organizers, who did not detail the subject of White’s remarks.
