The Mississippi Department of Public Safety said it celebrated a ribbon cutting and grand opening for a new Troop G facility in Starkville.
The department called it “a great day for Starkville,” the department said in a social media post. It thanked the Mississippi Legislature, the architects, the contractors and its internal team for making the project possible.
The agency said the investment will serve its employees and the communities it serves for years to come.
