Whimsy On Wheels canceled its scheduled appearance in Ripley because of a permitting issue, The Cut-Off said.

The Cut-Off said it regretted that the vendor could not remain and apologized to anyone who had planned to stop by.

The Cut-Off said it hopes to have Whimsy On Wheels return to the venue soon.
