26 injured in Mississippi storms, Gov. Tate Reeves says
At least 26 people were injured during Wednesday’s severe storms and tornadoes in Mississippi, Gov. Tate Reeves, R-Miss., said.
Reeves said the injuries include 22 in Lincoln County, three in Lamar County and one in Franklin County.
Reeves said the Mississippi State Department of Health will meet with hospitals on May 11, 2026.
