Ashley furniture in Ripley evacuated due to bomb threat on Monday morning

Ashley Furniture in Ripley was evacuated due to a bomb threat at the facility on Monday morning according to employees at the facility in Tippah County.

The bomb threat was called in to the furniture factory on Highway 15 prior to 8 am on Monday morning according to employees.

Local authorities were on scence helping to look for any signs of the bomb that was called in.

Employees were outside the facility as of 10 am on Monday.
