Boom Ball to Bring Family-Friendly Baseball Show to Trustmark Park

Boom Ball is set to make its debut in central Mississippi this summer. The family-friendly event will take place at Trustmark Park in Pearl on June 20, offering a fast-paced twist on baseball.

The event combines elements of traditional baseball with live entertainment, featuring two coed teams — the Lucky Llamas and Chaos Crew. Both teams include former minor league and college baseball players, as well as softball stars, according to event promoters.

Mississippi Mud Monsters General Manager Andrew Seymour expressed enthusiasm for the event, saying, “We’re excited to welcome Boom Ball to Trustmark Park and introduce this unique baseball show to fans across Central Mississippi.”

Boom Ball consists of six themed innings, each with its own challenge or surprise. The two-hour show will include trick plays, a home run challenge, a light show, fireworks, and lively personalities meant to entertain families.

Tickets are available for purchase online. Parking is available on-site and in nearby lots, with general parking costing $20 online or $30 in person. Preferred parking is $30 online or $40 in person, according to event organizers.
