German authorities issued a wanted notice for a fugitive suspected of ramming a van near Berlin’s Pride festival, killing one person and injuring at least 16 others, police and prosecutors said Sunday.
Police and prosecutors on Sunday asked the public for help finding the suspect, the agencies said.
