Man found dead at Yazoo County boat ramp, authorities say

Yazoo County Sheriff Jeremy McCoy said deputies responded to the scene just before 9 a.m. on June 27, 2026, after receiving a call about an unresponsive person at the boat ramp off Highway 49.
