Man charged with assault with deadly weapon after shooting into vehicle

A North Mississippi man has been charged with three counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon (Firearm) and one count of Shooting at a Motor Vehicle after officers responded to a shots fired call earlier this month.

According to the Booneville PD:

RESULT OF INVESTIGATION:

On Saturday, 12/01/2018, at approximately 5:45 pm, Booneville Patrol Officers and Detectives responded to a report of “shots fired” at a residence on Hatchie Street. Investigation into the report led to the search of a residence on Hatchie Street in which a firearm and other evidence was recovered. Ultimately, Andrew Obryon Miller, 28 of Booneville was arrested and charged with three counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon (Firearm) and one count of Shooting at a Motor Vehicle. His bond was set at $100,000.00. This case will be presented to the Prentiss County Grand Jury. Investigation into this case continues.
