Adebola Festus Adekunle, a 26-year-old Nigerian national, was extradited to the United States on Thursday to face federal charges tied to the death of Starkville Academy student Walker Montgomery, according to an unsealed federal indictment.
The indictment charges Adekunle with sexual exploitation of a minor resulting in death, production of child sexual abuse material, coercion and enticement of a minor, and interstate threats with intent to extort, the document says.
