Police Arrest Suspect in Booneville Vehicle Burglary Case
BOONEVILLE, MS – According to the Booneville Mississippi Police Department, detectives from the Criminal Investigation Division launched an investigation into a reported vehicle burglary on King Street on May 9, 2024. The property owner informed authorities that an unidentified individual had unlawfully entered their vehicle and stolen valuable items.
Following thorough investigation, authorities identified Ansen Archer Christian, aged 54 and a resident of Booneville, MS, as a suspect in the case. Christian was taken into custody on May 17, 2024, and subsequently charged with one felony count of burglary of an automobile.
His bond has been set at $10,000.00 pending further legal proceedings. The case is scheduled to be presented to the Prentiss County grand jury for review.
