Post Malone, Jelly Roll concert at Ole Miss canceled amid tour suspension
Post Malone and Jelly Roll will not perform at Ole Miss this year. The artists were scheduled to headline a show at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium on June 5 as part of The Big Ass Stadium Tour Part 2, according to event organizers.
Post Malone announced the cancellations via social media Friday, citing the need for more time to complete his latest project. The singer said he is not ready to tour and expects to finish new music in less than a month.
The tour has faced multiple cancellations, with Post Malone previously canceling shows at Baylor, LSU, and UTEP. Promoters have offered discounts and incentives at some venues, suggesting ticket sales have been sluggish.
Ticket holders for the Ole Miss show will receive refunds within 14 days, according to an email from the Ole Miss Athletics ticket office. Refunds will cover admission, parking, fees, order changes, and VIP packages.
The rescheduled first show of the tour is now set for June 12 in Indianapolis, the tour’s organizers announced.
