Mississippi State–Southern Miss exhibition at Keesler Federal Park canceled

An exhibition scheduled for Oct. 10 between Mississippi State and Southern Miss at Keesler Federal Park in Biloxi has been canceled due to expected inclement weather, SuperTalk Mississippi reported Oct. 6, 2026.

The Oct. 9 matchup between Mississippi State and Auburn will still be played but on a different date. The Hancock Whitney Classic between the Bulldogs and Tigers has been moved to Oct. 8; first pitch is set for 6 p.m. and gates will open at 5 p.m., SuperTalk Mississippi reported.

SuperTalk Mississippi reported that ticket holders for either game can redeem their tickets on Oct. 8, 2026. Officials said those who purchased tickets to both games should call the Biloxi Shuckers box office at (228) 233-3465 or email tickets@biloxishuckers.com for assistance.
