A public records request identified Senatobia police Sgt. Hunter Foster as one of the officers present at the police shooting of 1-year-old Kohen Wiley on June 14, the Mississippi Free Press reported.
The Free Press said the identification came from documents produced in response to the records request.
The story appeared on the Mississippi Free Press website, which first reported the identification, the outlet said.
