Mississippi State faces what the T&L Opponent Preview podcast called its first real test of the 2026 season in Week 2 when the Bulldogs travel to Big Ten country, host Brian Hadad said.
Hadad welcomed Randy Johnson of the Minnesota Star-Tribune to the podcast for a preview of the Minnesota Golden Gophers, the episode description said.
Johnson discussed Minnesota and the matchup with Mississippi State on the episode, according to the podcast.
The appearance was part of the T&L Opponent Preview series, which Hadad hosts to preview upcoming opponents, the podcast said.
