Highway 45 in Alcorn County near the state line is at a stand still due to an accident.

Also, multiple bridges are reporting ice from MDOT.

From the DOT:

Please use extreme caution if you need to be out on #MShwys for your morning travel.Check current road conditions and get an updated list of impacted counties via the MDOT Traffic app or by visiting MDOTtraffic.com. #mswx #winterweather

Multiple counties are also experiencing power outages.

From TEPA:

We don’t know a timeline of power being restored due to the treacherous conditions hindering repair work. If you have an outage DO NOT REPORT IT IN THE COMMENTS.

Report your outage through calling (662)837-8139, our website www.tippahepa.com, or the TEPA Mobile App. We appreciate your patience as we try to get everyone’s power restored.
