Adidas reportedly to release Sophie Cunningham signature shoe July 24

Adidas is expected to release a signature sneaker for Indiana Fever player Sophie Cunningham on July 24, sneaker site Sole Retriever reported.

Sole Retriever identified the model as the Crazy Energy Sophie Cunningham PE and said the shoe will carry a $120 price tag.

The report comes as Cunningham’s public profile has risen. Her Instagram account shows about 2 million followers, and she hosts the podcast “Don’t @ Me,” according to podcast listings. Images and videos of her pointing at Phoenix Mercury player DeWanna Bonner circulated widely on social media in recent weeks.

Sole Retriever was the only outlet cited in the report for the release date and price. Adidas and the Indiana Fever did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
