Australian police seize 3 tons of cocaine; two arrested in Sydney

The Australian Federal Police said officers found 3 tons of cocaine on June 19.

The drugs were stored in plastic tubs buried in bunkers hidden beneath three shipping containers, the AFP said.

Two Sydney residents were arrested and face potential sentences of life in prison, the AFP said.
