BBC aims to subpoena Trump family members in defamation case

The BBC is seeking to subpoena three members of former President Donald Trump’s family as it prepares its defense in a $10 billion defamation lawsuit. In a court filing Friday, attorneys for the British broadcaster argued that Trump’s children, Donald Trump Jr. and Ivanka Trump, as well as his son-in-law Jared Kushner, possess personal knowledge relevant to the case.
