Emily Moreno sued Rep. Max Miller on Wednesday, alleging the Ohio Republican published a nude photo of their young daughter online, according to a copy of the federal complaint obtained by The Hill.
The complaint says Miller “recklessly published and disclosed to the world a nude image” of the child, the copy shows.
The lawsuit was filed in federal court, according to the copy obtained by The Hill. The filing names Miller and sets out the allegations against him.
The Hill obtained a copy of the complaint and reported the allegations. The claims in the lawsuit have not been proven in court.
