Kim Zolciak’s 15-year-old son charged with aggravated sexual battery, aggravated sodomy

Fifteen-year-old KJ Biermann was arrested and charged Aug. 17 in Alpharetta, Georgia, with aggravated sexual battery and aggravated sodomy stemming from an alleged April incident, documents obtained by Fox News Digital show. The teen, whose full name is Kroy Jagger, was charged as an adult under Georgia’s SB 440 law, the documents said.

The documents show Biermann is being held without bond at the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center pending a preliminary hearing in September.

His mother, “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kim Zolciak, denied the allegations in a statement provided to Fox News Digital. “The allegations being made against my son are nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling,” Zolciak said. “He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged.”

Zolciak said Biermann “voluntarily took a polygraph examination regarding these allegations and passed. Additionally, an examination was conducted, and no DNA belonging to my son was found. We are also aware that this individual has made similar allegations involving two other people, which raises serious concerns that deserve to be carefully examined.” She added that false accusations can have devastating consequences and asked that people “allow the proper process to take its course rather than spreading unproven allegations,” according to the statement.

Fox News Digital reported that KJ is the oldest son of former NFL player Kroy Biermann and Zolciak. The couple also share a 14-year-old son, Kash, and 12-year-old twins Kaia and Kane; Biermann adopted Zolciak’s daughters, Ariana and Brielle, from a previous relationship. Zolciak and Biermann each filed for divorce in 2023 after an 11-year marriage, the report said.
