Decision Desk HQ projected that Gov. Tina Kotek, a Democrat, will face Republican state Sen. Christine Drazan in a rematch for Oregon governor, the outlet reported.
Kotek narrowly won her first term in 2022 by less than four percentage points against Drazan, according to state election results.
Kotek is the incumbent governor. Drazan is a Republican state senator who was Kotek’s opponent in the 2022 race.
The Decision Desk HQ projection signals a repeat matchup between the two candidates for the state’s top office.
