Rep. Thomas Massie, a Kentucky Republican, identified what he called coconspirators associated with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein during a speech Monday on the House floor. He read aloud more than a dozen names he said were connected to Epstein’s activities.
Massie indicated that the names are part of ongoing efforts to release classified files related to Epstein, whose arrest and subsequent death in 2019 have sparked widespread interest and controversy. He did not specify the identities of the individuals or their roles.
The congressman also discussed proposed legislation aimed at ensuring the release of Epstein-related files, emphasizing transparency and accountability. The bill seeks to declassify documents held by federal agencies that could shed light on Epstein’s criminal network.
Epstein’s case has prompted numerous investigations and public calls for more transparency concerning his connections and potential co-conspirators. The legislation discussed by Massie is part of broader efforts to uncover the full extent of Epstein’s alleged network.
