Trump says Supreme Court rulings cost U.S. ‘trillions and trillions’
President Donald Trump said Wednesday that U.S. Supreme Court rulings striking down his emergency tariffs and an executive order restricting birthright citizenship have cost the country “trillions and trillions” of dollars, he wrote on Truth Social.
“Does anybody have any idea how much Money and Prestige the United States Supreme Court has cost our Nation with their negative Rulings…” Trump wrote in the post.
Trump attributed the financial and reputational harm to the court’s decisions overturning his measures, according to the Truth Social post.
He did not provide figures in the post to support the “trillions and trillions” claim.
