The measure, known as the Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act, 2027, extends federal funding through Dec. 11, according to a White House statement.
The legislation received approval from both chambers of Congress before reaching the president’s desk. It ensures that federal agencies will continue to operate through the upcoming midterm elections in November and into December.
