An emergency crew rescued a construction worker from high scaffolding on the White House North Portico on Monday afternoon, The Washington Post reported. The crew responded to a dispatch that said a worker had been injured, the newspaper said.
Rescuers placed the worker on a stretcher and loaded him into an ambulance, which then went to a hospital, The Washington Post reported.
The Washington Post was the source for the report and did not provide additional details about the worker’s identity or condition.
