MBI issues Silver Alert for missing 60 year old with mental illness

The MBI has issued a silver alert for a missing 60 year old Mississippi man who suffers from a mental illness.

The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation has issued a Silver Alert for 60-year-old William Lemule Hinton of Vicksburg in Warren County. He is described as a black male, five feet, seven inches tall, weighing 270 pounds with brown eyes and black low cut hair. He was last seen about 12:00 p.m. Wednesday walking in the 600 block of Belva Drive in Vicksburg. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, and brown boots. Family members say he suffers from mental illness which may impair his judgement. If anyone has information regarding the whereabouts of William Lemule Hinton contact the Vicksburg Police Department at 601-631-8800.
