Ripley Fire Department selling BBQ plates, Boston butts Sept. 25 to benefit fireman Jodie Crawford
RIPLEY — The Ripley Fire Department will hold a barbecue plate fundraiser on Friday, Sept. 25, to benefit Ripley fireman Jodie Crawford.
Plates are $12 each and include a barbecue sandwich, beans, slaw and a drink. Pick-up times are 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Hickory-smoked Boston butts will also be sold for $40 each, and come ready to heat and serve.
“Thank you for your support,” the department said in announcing the sale.
