Hurricane Michael expected to make landfall as major category 4

Hurricane Michael has rapidly intensified and is now expected to make landfall near Panama City beach as a major category 4 hurricane according to new tracking models from NOAA and others.

Mississippi has already sent search and rescue teams to assist in efforts ahead of the storm.
